HUNGARY - Discovering a photographic wildlife haven.

In August 2012 I went on a birdwatching trip to Hungary & discovered that the Hungarian leader for the trip ran a company specialising in photographic holidays for wildlife photographers in the Hortabagy.  Over the next two years I spent time in various hides, at different times of the year, in order to increase both the number & variety of images to include in my photographic library and my illustrated talks.

This talk shows the advantages of using these hides within areas frequented by passage & breeding birds. To be within a few feet of birds such as Little Crakes & Hoopoes mating, is unforgettable.
