THE FOUR SEASONS

This talk covers all aspects of natural history throughout the four seasons of Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter in England, Wales & Scotland.

The talk starts within Hampshire in Spring, before travelling around the country at different times of the year, then finishing in the snow in Scotland in the winter.   Again, there is a wide range of topics from birds, butterflies, plants, animals, fungi & snow scenes.

We always think that there is more to see abroad, plus the weather will be hot & sunny, but the different seasons are what makes England exciting & interesting for wildlife. Hopefully, you will agree that it is amazing what can be found & easily seen here at home. After all, it is possible to see blue skies & sunshine, even in Scotland. It is not a trick of the photographer’s camera.
